Pricing questions
How does billing work for individual specialists?
You subscribe per specialist, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing gives you two months free, and you can change plan or cancel at any time from your account. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How does the free trial work?
Your free trial runs for 14 days and a card is required up front. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends. When the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues on the plan you selected unless you cancel, and you can change plan at any time.
What happens if I go over my included cases?
Each plan includes a set number of cases per month (5 on Starter, 20 on Growth, 50 on Pro). Additional cases are billed at your plan's overage rate ($40, $35 or $30 per case). If you regularly exceed your allowance, moving up a plan usually works out cheaper.

Practices are priced bespoke, based on the number of specialists, your case volume and how you want to integrate. Contact us and we will put together enterprise pricing for your practice.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted onshore, in Australia for Australian customers, encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access and full audit logging. Medilee is independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and has completed a SOC 2 Type 1 examination. See our security practices and privacy policy.
